Patrick Hays

Patrick Hays has extensive work experience in the energy and chemical manufacturing industry. Patrick is currently the Director of Strategy and Technology at Crossbridge Energy since January 2022. Prior to that, Patrick worked at Shell for over 35 years before retiring in December 2021. At Shell, they held various roles including Senior Business Development Manager, Process Safety/Assurance Manager, Business Opportunity Manager, Olefins Area Production Unit Manager, Asset Development Manager, Heavy Olefins/Aromatics Area Production Unit Manager, and Technical Manager. Patrick also worked as a Senior Process Engineer and Sulfur/Treating Process Engineer at Shell. Patrick began their career as an Operations Support Engineer at the Wood River Refinery.

Patrick Hays obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Iowa in 1987.
