Felipe Guardo

Vice President of Operations at CrossCom

Felipe Guardo has extensive work experience in operations and logistics. Felipe started their career as an Operations Coordinator at CrossCom in February 1998 and later became the Service Operations Manager in March 1999. From April 2000 to May 2006, they served as the Logistics Manager. Felipe then progressed to become the Director of Logistics from June 2006 to December 2011. Felipe continued their growth within CrossCom and became the Director of Technical Services & Logistics in January 2012. Finally, they assumed the role of Vice President of Operations in September 2016, a position they currently hold. Before their tenure at CrossCom, Felipe worked as a Production Supervisor at The Jel Sert Company from February 1997 to January 1998.

Felipe Guardo completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from DeVry University in 1997. Felipe then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2001 to 2004. In 2016, Felipe attended the Harvard Business School for a General Management Program, although no specific field of study is provided for this program.
