Amanda Boucher

Amanda Boucher is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Associate Director, Private Equity at CrossCountry Consulting since July 2023, where responsibilities include acting as a strategic thought partner to CFOs and restructuring financial reporting metrics. Prior to this role, Amanda held the position of Manager, M&A Finance at Access | Information Management from March 2019 to July 2023, overseeing M&A processes across the Americas and managing extensive financial planning. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Analyst for Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Analyst at Iron Mountain, and various accounting positions at JLL and FM Facility Maintenance. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Accounting and dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business/Management, as well as Mathematics, all from Westfield State University.
