Paul has more than 25 years of combined tax, finance, and international experience with large and midsize corporate manufacturing companies in both professional service and internal roles. Paul’s areas of expertise include U.S. and foreign tax reporting requirements, transfer pricing documentation and planning, and foreign tax credit utilization and planning. He also has extensive experience in the planning of inbound and outbound foreign investments, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and IC-DISC implementation and related planning.
