Erin McKalip

Erin Mckalip, CPA, currently serves as a Director at CrossCountry Consulting, where responsibilities include enhancing accounting departments for clients in fintech, biotech, and hospitality sectors through improved SEC reporting, new accounting standards implementation, and team building. Previously, Erin held senior roles at Effectus Group, leading a unicorn client through a SPAC IPO, and served as an Associate Director while aiding numerous startups and public clients with financial reporting and SEC documentation. Erin is also an experienced educator, having taught accounting courses at Portland State University. Prior experiences at Intel Corporation included managing global accounting policies for fixed assets and leading teams on various accounting standards implementations, along with roles in financial reporting, treasury, and asset management at firms like Planar Systems and McCormick & Schmick's. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with honors from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
