Manuel Rincon is a seasoned professional in client and customer success management, with extensive experience across multiple companies in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager at CrossCountry Consulting since November 2024 and previously at SCS Cloud, Manuel has developed a strong expertise in enhancing client relationships and driving business growth. Prior roles include Customer Success Manager at Big Bang, where a focus on aligning and optimizing technologies for business improvement was paramount, and Business Developer Representative at Privacy Horizon Inc., which specialized in privacy and security solutions. The entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding Green Proyecto SAS, concentrating on innovative technology for SMEs in Colombia.
