Jackie Doyle

Jackie Doyle's work experience includes a role as Quality Assurance - Customer Advisory Team at Together - loans, mortgages & finance, starting in January 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Compliance and Complaints officer at Gopher Money Ltd from July 2013 to January 2017, where they monitored regulated advisors and gained an understanding of secured loan auditing. From August 2009 to July 2013, they worked as a Quality Assurance Officer at Money Advice Group, where they reported directly to the Customer Service Director and conducted call monitoring and provided feedback and training to advisors on a monthly basis.

Jackie Doyle attended Sale Moor Secondary School from 1982 to 1987. Jackie did not pursue a degree or specify a field of study during this time. In addition to their education at Sale Moor Secondary School, Jackie obtained the CeMap certification from The London Institute of Banking & Finance in February 2019. Jackie also received the Level 3 B Tech Advanced Certificate in Debt Resolution from the Debt Resolution Forum in April 2011.
