Michael Pugliese

Michael Pugliese is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the financial services sector. Currently a Partner in Business Transformation at CrossCountry Consulting since July 2023, Michael focuses on expanding the firm's Financial Services client base in the US market. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Partner at Capco from July 2009 to July 2022, specializing in Finance Function solutions for Financial Services clients, and held the position of Senior Vice President at BearingPoint, where responsibilities included managing the World Class Finance practice. Michael's earlier career included roles as a Senior Manager at KPMG and as Vice President of Financial Planning at Citigroup. Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Iowa in 1988.
