Sarah Dibert

Sarah Dibert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in staffing and talent management at CrossCountry Consulting since June 2019, first as Senior Manager - Staffing and previously as Manager, Talent Management. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Cambridge Associates from June 2009 to June 2019, progressing from Investment Performance Analyst to Manager of the Performance Reporting Group. In this role, Sarah oversaw staffing and strategic initiatives for a global department and managed a team of analysts while enhancing efficiencies for over 800 clients. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Virginia Tech, Sarah possesses a strong background in performance analysis and client relationship management.
