Amit Gandhi is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC since September 2021, Amit has been instrumental in shaping recruitment strategies and leads five dynamic teams focused on innovation in MarTech, CRM, loan processing, enterprise integration, and lead generation. Prior to this role, Amit worked at LendingTree from May 2019 to September 2021 as an Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included leading full-stack development teams and overseeing architecture design for mortgage platforms. Amit's career began at V2Solutions, where contributions as a software engineer included leading frontend development for VueJs-based platforms.
