Kathryn Pedersen

Kathryn Pedersen is an experienced mortgage professional currently serving as Originating Branch Manager at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC since December 2021. Previously, Kathryn held the title of Area Sales Manager at Bay Equity Home Loans from January 2014 to December 2021, specializing in a variety of mortgage products and achieving multiple accolades including Chairman's Circle and President's Club recognition. Kathryn has also contributed to the community as a Board Member, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Yampa Valley Community Foundation from 2013 to 2019 and held positions in mortgage origination at PrimeSource Mortgage and Yampa Valley Bank. Early career experience includes roles at Wells Fargo and Norwest Financial. Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
