Tom Birch

Tom Birch has extensive experience in the rail industry, currently serving as the Head of Train Service Delivery at CrossCountry Trains since September 2013. Birch has held multiple positions within the company, including Head of Taskforce Delivery, Programme Manager for Customer Excellence, and Regional Director for West and Wales during secondments. With a background that began as a Graduate Management Trainee, Birch has also worked as a Yield Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management Practice from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Science in Transport Management from Aston University.
