Marshall Brenner

Marshall Brenner serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for CrossFit, LLC, overseeing legal strategy for a $4 billion fitness ecosystem operating in 130 countries and securing multi-million-dollar federal court judgments in trademark litigation. As a Venture Partner at The Veteran Fund, Marshall supports military veteran-led startups with mentorship for scaling innovative businesses. Additionally, Marshall leads insurance operations as CEO and Director of CrossFit RRG, previously owned and built a Muay Thai gym, and has extensive legal experience from roles at Gordon & Rees LLP and Simpson Delmore Greene LLP. Educational credentials include a law degree from California Western School of Law and prior studies at California State University, Stanislaus and San Diego State University.
