Megan Wei

Megan Wei is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and analytics, currently serving as Strategy Director for CrossFit, LLC, overseeing both CrossFit Education and New Member Growth, along with a previous role as Analytics Director. Prior to this position, Megan Wei was a Strategy & Analytics Consultant at SonderMind and held various strategic roles at Nike from 2012 to 2020, including Strategy Director for Global Training and Merchandising Manager for North America Men's Apparel. Earlier in the career, Megan Wei worked as an investment banking analyst at UBS.
