James Farrer

James Farrer has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Applications and Product Development at Crossfuze since August 2012. In this role, James is responsible for developing and updating products within the ServiceNow environment, ensuring high quality and consistency in turnkey solutions. Prior to this position, James held various roles at Crossfuze, including Solutions Architect and Senior Consultant, focusing on effective implementation of ServiceNow ITSM functionalities. James began a career at Brigham Young University, where responsibilities included IT Engineer, Technical Training Program Coordinator, Service Desk Manager, and Service Desk Supervisor. James holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Brigham Young University.
