Katerina Miner

Katerina Miner has extensive experience in the field of ServiceNow, having held several leadership roles including Director of Technical Operations and Director of Architecture at Crossfuze and base2, respectively. Katerina has also served as a Managing Consultant and Senior Technical Consultant at Crossfuze and worked as a ServiceNow Program Manager and Solution Architect at Coreio Inc. Throughout Katerina's career, responsibilities have encompassed production support, release management, and architectural design. Katerina holds an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the Toronto School of Business, earned between 1996 and 1997.
