Gary Hanley

Gary Hanley is the Founder and CEO of Crosshaven Partners, a firm focused on helping rapidly growing companies expand and scale internationally since January 2020. Previously, Gary served as SVP and Head of North and South America for Invest Northern Ireland from December 2011 to December 2018, where responsibilities included leading strategy, operations, business development, and sales, significantly enhancing Northern Ireland's status as a premier location for U.S. cybersecurity and financial services technology. From 2007 to 2011, Gary held the position of Head of Operations and SVP for U.S. Sales and Marketing at Invest Northern Ireland – Americas, where a robust network of influential business leaders was developed. Earlier career roles included Principal Sales Operations at EMC and Strategic Technical Account Manager at Baltimore Technologies. Gary holds an MBA from the University of Galway and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies with a focus on Marketing from the University of Limerick.
