Mahr Katy Johnson

Katy Johnson, MAHR, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in benefits management and HR coordination. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Crossing Rivers Health since January 2020, Katy previously held the position of Benefits Manager at the College of Lake County, where responsibilities included overseeing a comprehensive range of employee benefit programs. Earlier roles include Benefits & Compensation Specialist at Blackhawk Technical College, Human Resource Coordinator at Palmer Hamilton, LLC, and Business Manager at Woodland Montessori School.
