Lyn Watson

Lyn Watson, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Pastor of People & Culture at Crossings Community Church since January 2019. With a rich background in coaching and training, Lyn held multiple leadership roles at Strata Leadership, LLC from January 2012 to January 2019, including Vice President and Senior Vice President of Coaching & Training. As President of Mosaic Personnel from January 2016 to July 2017, Lyn oversaw operations and strategy. Additional experience includes sales at Initial Call and independent consulting, offering training and facilitation services from September 2005 to January 2012. Lyn facilitated programs for EWF International, empowering women executives from September 2006 to July 2008. Earlier career roles include General Manager at HireSales, Training Manager at Dobson Communications, and Customer Service Manager at DataTimes. Lyn holds a BA in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma, earned between 1983 and 1987.
