Susana Pires currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Crossjoin Solutions since June 2022, bringing extensive expertise in talent management from their previous role as Talent Manager at Invest Future Lda, where Susana worked from September 2019 to June 2022. As a CEO Professional Coach, Susana specialized in high-performance coaching, sales training, and team-building events. Prior to this, Susana held the position of Regional Coordinator at BebéCord from April 2016 to September 2019 and served as both Regional Coordinator and Agency Director at Decisões e Soluções Portugal between February 2011 and April 2016.
