Bo Shao

Bo Shao is an accomplished entrepreneur and board member with extensive experience in various sectors, including technology, finance, and recruiting. As the Founder and Chairman of Evolve since January 2018 and Co-founder and Chairman of CrossLayer Capital since January 2022, Bo Shao has demonstrated strong leadership skills. Additional roles include Chairman of the Board at Insight Timer and previous board memberships at notable organizations such as Edovo and Zhaogang (China Steel). Bo Shao co-founded and chaired Parent Lab from January 2017 to January 2024 and served as a board member for Lexin Group until April 2019. Bo Shao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Electrical Engineering, as well as an MBA from Harvard University.
