Luke Switkowski

Luke Switkowski has extensive work experience in the field of enterprise software and consulting. Luke is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Rooster Scheduling since 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Kognitiv Inc. from 2016, where they focused on implementing and supporting Workday systems.

Luke also served as a Corporate Advisory Board Member at SquareWorks from 2016 to 2018, leveraging their network and knowledge of cloud-based applications to support mid-market companies using Epicor and NetSuite systems.

Before that, Luke worked at Meteorix an IBM Company from 2011 to 2016. Luke held various roles including Director of Delivery, Senior Manager of Delivery Operations, and Solution Center Lead. In these positions, they managed and optimized Workday enterprise software solutions, developed the COMPaaS offering, and oversaw the build-out and management of Meteorix's Solution Centers.

Earlier in their career, Luke worked as a Senior Consultant at Exaserv from 2006 to 2011 and at Capgemini from 2005 to 2006. Luke also gained experience as a Co-op at Georgia-Pacific LLC from 2002 to 2004.
