Shrijeet Mishra

Shrijeet Mishra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation, leadership, and business management. Currently serving as the Founding Mentor at Crossmentors since March 2025, Shrijeet previously held the role of Chief Innovation Officer and Head of Group Services at Aditya Birla Group from May 2018 to October 2024, where notable contributions included driving innovation across various domains such as Data & Analytics, sustainability, and brand development. Shrijeet has also been a Board Member at WBCSD and has held significant positions at Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. as Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Education, and at Unilever as Executive Director for Foods, successfully managing substantial P&L responsibilities in both organizations. Educationally, Shrijeet holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi University, along with an AMP from Wharton Executive Education.
