Nischay Upadhyayula began their career in 2014 as a Finance and Operations Management Summer Intern at SocialWhirled. In 2015 they were a Business Intelligence and Optimization Intern at the National Football League (NFL). In 2016, they were a Summer Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. From 2017 to 2020, they held the role of Engagement Manager and Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, focused on helping software companies drive and execute on growth. In 2020, they took on the role of Business Operations and Strategy at Coinbase. Currently, they are a Product Strategy and GTM at Crossmint.

Nischay Upadhyayula graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Wharton School in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Nischay attended The Wharton School from 2013 to 2017.
