Bryan Kaye

Bryan Kaye has a long and varied work experience. Bryan began their career in 2008 as a Research Assistant in the John Bowers Lab at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where they modeled silicon DFB lasers and wrote Matlab code. Bryan's work was published in 2011 and is now used to create working DFB lasers at Aurrion Inc. In 2009, they became a Researcher at the Paul Hansma Lab at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where they refined mechanical, electrical, and software issues with a prototype bone diagnostic instrument. Bryan's work resulted in a publication. In 2010, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Bioelectric Research Corporation. In 2015, they took on the role of Technical Consultant at Lineage Logistics. Finally, in 2017, they became the CEO of CrossnoKaye, where they are revolutionizing heavy industrial facilities by dropping energy and labor costs, increasing throughput, safety, and resiliency, all while cutting emissions from the world's most carbon-emitting sector.

Bryan Kaye has a diverse educational background. Bryan completed a Mini-MBA from Harvard Business School, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Physics from Harvard University, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Applied Physics from Harvard University, and a BS in Physics from UC Santa Barbara.
