James Majsak

James Majsak, CEM has over 30 years of experience in the industrial automation and energy management fields. James began their career in 1986 as an Automated Equipment Technician at Airpax/VDO Automotive, where they were responsible for building, testing, and troubleshooting automated equipment. James then moved to Fpi Systems in 1991, where they worked as a Controls Project Engineer designing automated plating lines, material-handling, and waste-treatment systems. In 1994, they joined HESCO (Hartford Electric Supply Company) as an Automation Sales Engineer and Engineering Manager, where they sold and supported Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation products. In 1997, they joined Wonderware North as a Business Development Engineer, providing sales, support, and training for the Northeast Wonderware software distributor. James then moved to Powerit Solutions in 2007 as a Business Development Engineer, where they were responsible for regional account management of energy management product lines. In 2010, they joined Constellation Energy as Director of the LR Engineering Center of Excellence. In 2014, they joined Dalkia Energy Solutions as Director of Load Management, where they developed and managed multi-measure energy efficiency projects for commercial and industrial customers. James is currently working as the Sales Engineering Manager at CrossnoKaye, providing a cloud-based control platform for the industrial refrigeration and manufacturing markets.

James Majsak, CEM has an extensive educational background in energy management. James began their studies in 1982 at Hartford State Technical College, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology in 1985. James then attended the University of Hartford from 1985 to 1987, studying Electrical Engineering. In 2012, they obtained a CEM & CDSM from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a RETA Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Operator I and RETA Industrial Refrigeration Level I in August 2020, a CDSM from the Association of Energy Engineers in December 2014, and a CEM from the Association of Energy Engineers in December 2012.
