Abby Monclova has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Abby has served in various roles throughout their career, including Director of Human Resources at Crossnore Communities for Children, HR Generalist at The Resource Co, Senior Human Resources Consultant at Forsyth County, and Human Resources Manager/Director of Staff and Volunteer Services at Savers Administrative Services and Outfitters4. Abby has also worked as the Director of Volunteer Services at Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Piedmont Triad and as a Communications Coordinator at The Heart and Vascular Center. Throughout their career, Abby has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.

Abby Monclova, MSHR, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Studio Art from Wake Forest University, which they completed between 1999 and 2003. Abby later pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources (MSHR) at Western Carolina University from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Abby has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional expertise. These certifications include the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) from the American Staffing Association, which they obtained in March 2019. Abby also holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, earned in March 2015.
