The Finance and Development team at Crossnore Communities for Children is responsible for managing the organization's financial health and driving fundraising efforts. They develop and implement financial strategies, oversee budgeting and reporting, and cultivate relationships to secure major and planned gifts, while also pursuing grants to support the organization's mission of providing hope and healing for children and families.
