Ann Chang

Ann Chang is an experienced optometrist currently providing primary eye care and addressing acute eye issues for employees at Crossover Health since March 2022. Previously, Ann served as an optometrist and Extended Care Program Manager at ScottHyver Vision Care from February 2017 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing consultations and pre- and post-operative care for laser refractive surgery patients, as well as offering primary eye care to the San Francisco 49ers team. Ann's diverse clinical background includes positions at multiple optometry practices, focusing on comprehensive eye care, contact lens fittings, and ocular disease management in various settings. Ann holds a Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed a residency at the VA Central California Health Care System.
