Clifton Pait, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Clifton'smost recent role was as the Director of Product Management at Crossover Health, where they were responsible for overseeing technology product management. Prior to that, they worked as a Private Consultant at Clifton Pait Consulting, specializing in marketing product management, software commercialization, and data & analytics. Clifton has also held positions as the Director of Product Management at PatientSafe Solutions, CareFusion, Inc, and Alaris Medical Systems. Clifton has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having worked at Cardinal Health and Premier Inc., Healthcare. Clifton began their career as a Financial Project Manager at Greenville Hospital System and also worked as a Business Analyst & Researcher at AAA National.

Clifton Pait, MBA completed a Certificate in Predictive Analytics from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in the years 2014-2017. Clifton also holds an MBA in Finance from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, earned between 1993 and 1995. Clifton obtained a BA in English from Bob Jones University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Furthermore, they have additional certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, which they acquired in December 2018.
