Gordon Ronco

Gordon Ronco has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Gordon started their career as a Summer intern at SRI International in 2001. Gordon then worked at Apple Fitness Center, starting as a Front Desk Staff and later becoming a Front Desk Lead. During their time at Apple Fitness Center, they were responsible for greeting and assisting customers, scheduling appointments, and managing inventories. In 2013, Gordon joined Crossover Health as a Host, where they welcomed patients and handled customer interactions with a strong focus on hospitality and professionalism. Gordon later transitioned to the role of Information System Technician, where they were responsible for computer setup, software installation, and troubleshooting. In 2017, they were promoted to the position of Regional IT Lead at Crossover Health, responsible for launching and supporting multiple clinics across different regions. In their most recent role as Senior Regional IT Lead, they acted as a team leader and played a key role in developing and launching new roles within the organization.
