Melanie Johnson

Melanie Johnson, RN, CLNC, is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in clinical quality management and compliance. Currently serving as the National Director of Clinical Quality & Compliance at Crossover Health since May 2015, Melanie oversees quality management, infection prevention, and continuous readiness for modern health centers nationwide. Prior roles include RN Clinical Quality Management and Infection Prevention at San Ramon Regional Medical Center, as well as various positions at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities spanned infection prevention, quality and risk management, and case management. Melanie's career began as a Certified Medical Assistant, advancing through roles that emphasized quality control and compliance training. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Health Care Communications, Melanie also holds a Health Science and Nursing degree from Fresno College of Nursing and is undertaking CLNC certification.
