Nicholas Lew

Nicholas Lew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clinical operations, health administration, and patient care management. Currently serving as a Sr. Clinical Operations and Implementations Specialist at Crossover Health, Nicholas has configured and managed over 1200 EHR user accounts, developed enterprise SOPs, and successfully trained more than 350 staff members. In a previous role as Sr. Patient Care Host Program Manager, Nicholas oversaw the customer and patient care experience for over 300 department staff nationwide, implemented training programs, and established department goals focused on patient satisfaction. Prior to Crossover Health, Nicholas held positions at MORE Physical Therapy, Slainte Volleyball Club, YMCA, and San Francisco State University, showcasing a strong foundation in both healthcare and coaching. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from San Francisco State University.
