Elizabeth Wiebe (Liz)

Elizabeth (Liz) Wiebe is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner currently serving at CrossOver Healthcare Ministry since July 2022, following a previous role in the same position at Prime Healthcare from January 2022 to July 2022. Prior to this, Elizabeth gained extensive experience as a Registered Nurse at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, where responsibilities included providing care to patients with critical neurological conditions and performing various interventions. Earlier in Elizabeth's career, valuable experience was gained at Elkhart General Hospital, caring for step-down patients and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Goshen College, alongside a Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Kansas.
