Prior to joining Crosspoint Capital Partners, Vivek Mani served as VP, and CFO for the $2.5B Enterprise Security Business at Symantec. Between 2015 and 2018, Mani served as VP, Finance at Symantec and executed restructuring programs and complex carve-outs during that period in addition to supporting FP&A efforts within the company. Prior to Symantec, Mani was a deal lead at Oracle Corporation where he executed more than $10B in software M&A transactions ranging from tuck-ins to multi-billion dollar acquisitions. Mani began his career in Finance and M&A at Credit Suisse technology investment banking, and prior to that he worked at SanDisk designing Security Hardware and Software at SanDisk. Mani holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from U.T. Austin, and an M.B.A. from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
