Jay Carver is an experienced professional in archaeology and cultural heritage, currently serving as the Historic Environment Lead at Headland Archaeology (UK) Ltd and as a Specialist Advisor for Balfour Beatty VINCI, among other roles. With a strong background in heritage and archaeology, Jay holds the position of Infrastructure Advisor at Crossrail International and is an active Council Member of the Royal Archaeological Institute. Additionally, Jay contributes to CHNT Icomos Austria as a Scientific Committee member and has been a Lead Archaeologist and Cultural Heritage Consultant for Countryside Properties since 2015.
