Mark Flaherty

Mark Flaherty has extensive experience in the automotive industry, having worked at Crossroads Infiniti for over 18 years, starting as a Service Consultant and eventually becoming the Service Manager. Mark currently holds the position of Director of Fixed Operations at Crossroads Automotive Group Inc. Mark has consistently achieved high scores and awards from Infiniti for their exceptional performance. Additionally, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully implementing new service programs and ensuring regulatory compliance. Mark also has experience working at Calvary Baptist Church as a Nursery Worker and Sunday School Teacher. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
