Melissa Hartley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial and administrative sectors. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Crossroads Bank since July 2016, Melissa previously held the position of Branch Manager and Customer Service Representative at First Farmers Bank & Trust from April 2013 to July 2016. Prior experience includes a role at Midwest Eye Consultants, P.C. in the corporate office for a brief period in 2013, and a long tenure as Court Administrator at Wabash Circuit Court from September 1998 to August 2012. Melissa holds an Associate of Science degree in Organizational Management from Huntington University, completed in 2012, and graduated from Wabash High School in 1988.
