Roger Cromer has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Roger started their career at 1st Source Bank in 1988 as an Accounting Manager, where they worked until 1998. In 1998, they joined Crossroads Bank as President & CEO and continues to hold that position.
Roger Cromer attended Penn High School from 1981 to 1984. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Joseph's College (IN) from 1984 to 1988.
