Roger Taylor

Roger Taylor has extensive experience in the insurance and career coaching sectors. Currently serving as a Guide (Career Coach) at Crossroads Career since June 2013, Roger coordinates with local partners to assist individuals in finding fulfilling careers based on their strengths and interests. Prior to this role, Roger held various underwriting management positions at The Hartford from 1998 to 2013, including Underwriting Director and Managing Director, overseeing commercial programs and leading extensive teams. Roger also served as Underwriting Manager for Strategic Partnerships and Alliances at EMPLOYERS from August 2013 to November 2018. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Truman State University.
