Trissi L. Hardin

Trissi L. Hardin, MBA, M.Ed., serves as a STEM Educator at Crossroads Charter Schools of Kansas City since July 2019, bringing a wealth of diverse experience in education and business. Prior to this role, Trissi worked as a teacher in the Hickman Mills School District and as an instructor at Wright Career Colleges, specializing in General Education and Business courses. Trissi is also the owner and photographer at Highlights Photography by THT, emphasizing life’s significant moments. Additional experience includes project management at Sprint, HR generalist/recruiter roles in the Kansas City, MO School District, and various positions in customer service and consulting. Trissi holds a Master's in Education from Concordia University-Portland, an MBA focused on Human Resources from the University of Saint Mary, and a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Baker University.
