Joel Hensley

Joel Hensley has extensive experience in music and worship ministry, currently serving as the Student Music/Worship Pastor at Crossroads Christian Church since 2014, focusing on programming worship experiences for various age groups and mentoring band members. Previously, Joel held roles such as Associate/Worship Pastor at Blount Christian Church and several intern positions, including Creative Arts Intern at Cross Point Community Church and Grace Church - St. Louis. Joel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Bible and Worship Ministry with a focus on Music and Worship from Johnson University, where involvement included training tele-counselors and coordinating student-led chapel services.
