Vicki Nichols

Vicki Nichols is currently the Executive Administrator at Crossroads Community Church. Vicki has a long history of working in the church, starting as an Associate Pastor at New Life Church in Osceola, Indiana from October 1988 to February 1996. There, they were in charge of education, outreach, and student ministry. In March 1996, they transitioned to Senior Pastor at Melrose Park Church (which is now New Life Community Church) in partnership with New Life Chicago. Vicki led a church planting team to launch Crossroads Community Church in Lombard, IL in July 2001.

Dr. Vicki Nichols completed a Doctor of Ministry degree at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in the area of preaching and leadership development. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Arts in Ministry degree at Moody Bible Institute in the areas of pastoral theology and leadership. Vicki also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwest Baptist University in theology and history.
