Clarissa McEachern

Clarissa Mceachern is a skilled human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and customer service. Currently serving as a Human Capital Business Partner and previously as a Human Resources Specialist at Crossroads since April 2021, Clarissa manages employee investigations, provides administrative support for the Talent Management Program, and handles various employee relations matters. Prior experience includes leadership roles at TD, where responsibilities ranged from team support and customer service management to intraday performance oversight in a call center environment. Clarissa holds a Master of Business Administration from North Greenville University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Lander University.
