Alanna Smith, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Crossroads YMCA since March 2022, previously holding the role of Human Resources Coordinator. Alanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Leadership from Valparaiso University (2012-2015) and attended St. Ambrose University from 2011 to 2012.
