Dillon started the professional journey as a Watershed Assistant with AmeriCorps from December 2006 to October 2007, focusing on water usage data collection and public awareness initiatives. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Sales Management from Bellevue University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Cayuga County Community College.
