Greg Bare

Greg Bare has an extensive work experience in the investment banking field. Greg is currently working as a Director of Investment Banking at Crosstree since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Cowen Inc. from September 2021 to January 2023. Before joining Cowen Inc., Greg worked at Credit Suisse as a Director of Investment Banking from January 2021 to September 2021 and as a Vice President of Investment Banking from July 2017 to January 2021. Greg also gained experience in mergers and acquisitions at Lancaster Pollard & Co., where they served as a Vice President from July 2016 to July 2017 and as an Associate from July 2014 to July 2016. Earlier in their career, Greg was a Partner at Radiology Oncology Systems, Inc. from September 2002 to March 2014.

Greg Bare completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance & Entrepreneurship at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from the University of Redlands between 2008 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, Greg also obtained several certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Greg acquired the Series 63: Uniform Securities Agent State Law certification in November 2016, and the Series 52: Municipal Securities Representative certification, as well as the Series 79: Investment Banking Representative certification, in August 2014.
