Hilda Njanike

Hilda Njanike is a Senior Consultant in Technology Solutions at CrossCountry Consulting, where implementation of Workday for mid to large public and private universities and academic medical institutions has been a primary focus for the past three years. Previously, Hilda served as an Associate at Huron, executing Workday HCM suite implementations and managing troubleshooting and efficiency solutions for clients. Prior roles include positions at Bowdoin College, beginning as an Analyst and culminating as an Alumni Relations Associate, where Hilda coordinated events and managed communications. Hilda also interned in various roles, including as a Marketing Data Analyst for Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania and a Project Analyst for Bowdoin Summer Events and Programs Office. Hilda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College, majoring in Government & Legal Studies and Africana Studies.
