Kiya Brown-Lee

Kiya Brown-Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and consulting, currently serving as a Manager and Managing Consultant at CrossVue since June 2022. Prior roles include Solutions Architect at DXC Technology and various positions at Deloitte, where extensive skills in project management, system configuration, and employee engagement were developed. Kiya has also worked as a Consultant at AltaFlux Corporation and contributed to HR transformation projects while at Deloitte. Earlier career positions include HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, and SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant. Kiya holds an MS in Human Resource Development from St. John Fisher University and a BS in Communications from SUNY Brockport.
