Michelle Balash has a diverse and extensive work experience. Michelle currently serves as the Chief Growth & Revenue Officer and a Partner at CrossVue, where they are responsible for driving business transformation and providing exceptional Workday services. Prior to CrossVue, they worked at CrossCountry Consulting as a Workday National Sales Leader. Michelle also held various roles at IBM, including Associate Partner and North American Large Enterprise/Major Sales Leader. Earlier in their career, they worked at PeopleFluent in various sales and leadership positions. Michelle's work experience also includes roles at ConocoPhillips and Exclaim Design.
Michelle Balash earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from Michigan State University, which they completed from 1993 to 1998. Michelle also pursued further education in human resource management, earning a degree from the University of Phoenix in 2001-2002. Michelle has also participated in various professional development courses and obtained certifications, such as Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in 2021, Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in 2019, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from SHRM in 2000. Additionally, Michelle attended several short-term programs, including The Wharton Fellows Masters Class (The Next Big Thing) at The Wharton School in 2013, the Kellogg School of Management's Accelerating Sales Performance program at Northwestern University in 2013, and the Forces of Change - New Strategies for the Evolving Healthcare Marketplace program at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2010. Michelle also spent some time studying French at L'Institut de Touraine in Tours, France, and completed their high school education at North Muskegon High School.
